Brian Siegel, M.D.

Brian Siegel, MD is a board-certified Anesthesiologist. He specializes in the areas of interventional pain management and regenerative medicine. He offers patients minimally invasive treatment options to treat acute and chronic pain problems utilizing a variety of interventional treatments, including but not limited to diagnostic and therapeutic nerve blocks, epidural steroid injections, implantation of spinal cord stimulators and regenerative medicine treatments.

Dr. Siegel has been in practice for over 25 years and is the first and only board-certified Pain Management Specialist in Steamboat Springs. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiology, American Academy of Pain Medicine, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, Colorado Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, Colorado Society of Anesthesiology, The Orthobiologic Institute and The Boston Biolife Academy.

Dr. Siegel joined Steamboat Orthopaedic & Spine Institute (SOSI) in April 2017. “I am grateful to be able to spend plenty of time with each patient, learning about their condition and determining their diagnosis, educating them about their pain, and treating them the way they deserve to be treated. My mission is to relieve people’s pain without pills so they can enjoy life to the fullest.”

Dr. Siegel finished medical school and a residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He is currently involved in studying the safety of bone marrow-derived extracellular vesicle products for the treatment of chronic lumbar disc and sacroiliac joint pain.

Dr. Siegel practices at SOSI’s location in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Dr. Siegel and his wife Janne have two adult children, Lauren and Ben, along with two Australian Shepherds. He enjoys golf, biking, fly-fishing, hiking and snowmobiling
